We founded ReVolt Technology AS in 2004 with a clear vision – to pioneer a renewable energy breakthrough answer many of today’s design and environmental challenges. The company is an offshoot of one of the largest contract research institutes in Europe, SINTEF based in Norway.

From a simple idea, we have grown rapidly to be regarded as a driving force in cleantech renewable energy and have secured millions of dollars of funding. Since our inception, we have established development teams in Norway and Switzerland and recently centered our R&D labs in Germany and the US; appointed an industry-respected

management team, gained numerous awards and international recognition. However far we’ve come, it’s the future that really excites us, not least the huge market potential of our battery and the impact it could make to people’s lives.
